Some samples have elemental concentrations which exceed the limits of the trace geochemical packages.
Ore grade analysis provides a higher dissolution for samples with a higher metal concentration. This is a more precise method than the trace geochemistry. Before analysis by atomic absorption, 0.200g to 2.00g of sample is digested with three acids. Suitable for concentrations as low as 0.01% up to 50-60% metal content.
